Carrock Homes is led by our Managing Director who is a Chartered RIBA Architect with a passion and respect for older buildings. His job is to provide bespoke architectural and design services along with delivering the highest level of construction for our client projects. We are a member of the Federation of Master Builders and by following the Federation’s protocols, Carrock Homes are able to offer our clients key benefits including simple ‘plain English’ contracts and a clear approach to all construction activities.

With an exceptionally skilled workforce, Carrock Homes specialise in the restoration of period, listed and heritage properties. We have developed and lovingly renovated some of the region’s finest Lakeland homes, sensitively transforming listed buildings using the finest quality skills and materials. We work together with our clients to breathe new life, subtly blending the best of traditional and contemporary building techniques.

As well as our commitment to the FMB, we are a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen and hold a Gold CITB Heritage Skills Card. As part of our commitment to preserving and promoting these increasingly rare skills, we’re a member of the Cumbria Training Group.
